Apart from the Dashboard page, opportunities can also be accessed from the ’Opportunities’ menu in the left sidebar. You will be redirected to the Opportunities page.
You can search for an opportunity by clicking on the ‘Search’ bar in the top right. When you do this, a set of instructions will appear below the ‘Search’ bar.
Once you have clicked on ‘Enter’, the results will be displayed as below.
Filter Opportunities
You can also filter an opportunity based on its status. There are seven status options for an opportunity: In Progress, Pending Opportunity, Completed Opportunity, Declined Opportunity, Cancelled Opportunity, On hold Opportunity, and Expired.
Once you have clicked on an opportunity status, the results will be displayed as below.
