As a Provider, you can accept or decline an opportunity that came to you. After the referrer sends the client a referral and the client accept it then it will become an opportunity. If the referrer sends the referral from SMS, then the provider will get an SMS about new opportunity for them.
You can’t accept or decline an opportunity from SMS. You need to access your account via the website or mobile app to accept or decline an opportunity.
