Apart from the Dashboard page, referrals can also be accessed from the ‘Referrals‘ menu in the left sidebar. You will be redirected to the Referrals page, as below.
You can search for a referral by clicking on the ‘Search‘ magnifying glass icon in the top right. There will also be a tool tip when you click on the ‘Search‘ bar.
Once you click on ‘Enter‘, the result(s) will be displayed directly below the search bar.
Filter Referral
You can also filter referrals based on status. There are four statuses for a referral, namely: Accepted, Referral Sent, Decline, and Expired.
After you have selected the referral status(es) you wish to see, the results will be displayed directly below the search bar.
